How to View your Partner Account Statement

In order to view your Account (statement view) in the ESET PartnerZone, your user account needs to have the "View Account" user permission. If you do not have this permission, please contact the primary user of your PartnerZone account. 

How to View your Partner Account Statement
  1. Click on Accounts & Invoices (main navigation on the left)
    1. This will take you to the view of the current month 
    2. You can adjust the date range by clicking on the calendar icon and choosing either a preset option or a custom range:

  2. To view an Invoice or Credit Note document, click on the Invoice/Credit Note number
    1. This will present you with a PDF of the document

How to Get a Statement PDF
  1. Follow the steps above to set the desired date range
  2. Click Email Statement
    1. The pop-up will be pre-populated with the Accounts contact email from your Partner account. You can modify it, or add a second email address if necessary. 
  3. Click Email PDF to have the statement PDF emailed to you.
