How to reset your Password

If you cannot remember your ESET PartnerZone password and are unable to login, you can reset it on the Login Page:
  1. Click on Forgot Password
  2. Enter the username or email of the user account you want to reset
    1. If you are unsure of your user account username or associated email address, please contact us for assistance. 
  3. You will be sent a password reset email which will allow you to set a new password. 
  4. After setting a new password, you can use it to login. 

If you are able to login and wish to reset your password inside the PartnerZone: 
  1. Click on Settings > Your User Details
  2. Click Password Reset 
  3. You will be sent a password reset email which will allow you to set a new password. 
  4. After setting a new password, you will need to use this newly set password going forward.
