How to reset your Password
If you cannot remember your ESET PartnerZone password and are unable to login, you can reset it on the Login Page: - Click on Forgot Password
- Enter the username or email of the user account you want to reset
- If you are unsure of your user account username or associated email address, please contact us for assistance.
- You will be sent a password reset email which will allow you to set a new password.
- After setting a new password, you can use it to login.
If you are able to login and wish to reset your password inside the PartnerZone:
- Click on Settings > Your User Details
- Click Password Reset
- You will be sent a password reset email which will allow you to set a new password.
- After setting a new password, you will need to use this newly set password going forward.
