How to Edit a PartnerZone User
In order to edit a user account in the ESET PartnerZone, your user account needs to have the "Create/Edit PartnerZone" user permission. If you do not have this permission, please contact the primary user of your PartnerZone account.
How to Edit a PartnerZone User Account
- Click on Settings > User Administration.
- This will show you a list of users in your PartnerZone Account.
- Click Edit User on the right of the user account that you wish to edit.
- This will taken you into the Edit User screen.
- You will now be able to modify the following:
- Full Name
- Email (the system will check it for uniqueness against active users)
- User Permissions
- Click Save Changes to confirm and save any changes you have made.
