How to Create Quotes (before ordering)

For New Licenses
  1. Click on New Order... (near the top left) 
  2. Choose a Customer: You will then be taken to the next step (Product Selector). 
    1. If you have already added the Customer to your PartnerZone account, you can search for it using Customer Name, Email, or Customer ID
    2. If you have not yet added the Customer, click on Create New Customer (top right). This will reveal a modal window which will allow you to add a new customer. Learn more about Creating a New Customer here. 
  3. Choose a Product. Note that the Product Selector has multiple tabs and subcategories for different products. 
    1. Selecting a product will then take you to the next step (Review). 
  4. Review: 
    1. enter in the License Quantity.
    2. If applicable, you can apply a discount by clicking on Add. Note: Most discounts require pre-approval from ESET. 
    3. You can add more products to your order by clicking Add Another Product. 
    4. Choose a License Duration (1 Year, 2 Year, 3 Year). This will applied to all products in your order. You can select more than one License Duration if you'd like to create multiple quotes for your customer to consider. 
  5. Click Create Quote. 
    1. The quote will then appear on the Quotes Grid and can later be processed into an order. 

For Enlarge/Upgrade:/Renew of Existing Licenses

Creating an enlarge, upgrade, or renewal quote follows the exact same logic described above: You can choose to create a quote on the Order Review screen.
