ESET PartnerZone: Creating a new Customer

Creating a New Customer

Note: in order to create a new customer, your PartnerZone user will need to have the Create/Edit Customer permission. 
  1. Click on Customers in the main navigation on the left.
  2. Click on Add New Customer.
  3. In form, specify: Customer Type: Individual or Company. 
  4. For Individual:
      1. Enter the individual's Name and Email Address. 
      2. All other form fields are optional. 
      3. Click Add Customer to create the new customer.
      4.  
  5. For Company:
    1. Enter Company Name and Email address.
    2. Enter the Company's VAT number. If no VAT number is available, select VAT Number unavailable. 
    3. If you would like to specify the Company Contact, edit the Name in the Primary Contact section. 
    4. All other form fields are optional. 
    5. Click Add Customer to create the new customer.
