Creating a new PartnerZone User

In order to create a new user account in the ESET PartnerZone, your user account needs to have the "Create/Edit PartnerZone" user permission. If you do not have this permission, please contact the primary user of your PartnerZone account. 

How to Create a new PartnerZone User
  1. Click on Settings > User Administration. 
  2. Click Add New User (near top right).
  3. Specify the following 
    1. Full Name
    2. Email (the system will check this for uniqueness against active users)
    3. User Permissions (do not skip this step, otherwise your new user account will not have access to any features)
  4. Click Add User to confirm and create the new user. 
  5. An activation email will now be sent to the specified email. The intended recipient must click the link in the email in order to activate the account and set a new password before they will be able to login to the PartnerZone. 
    1. You can resend the activation link by clicking on Resend Invite.
