Create a New License Order

Create a New License Order

  1. Click on New Order... (near the top left) 
  2. Choose a Customer
    1. If you have already added the Customer to your PartnerZone account, you can search for it using Customer Name, Email, or Customer ID
    2. If you have not yet added the Customer, click on Create New Customer (top right). This will reveal a modal window which will allow you to add a new customer. Learn more about Creating a New Customer here. 
    3. Once you have selected a customer, you will be taken to the Product Selector (the next step)
  3. Choose a Product. Note that the Product Selector has multiple tabs and subcategories for different products. 
    1. Selecting a product will then take you to the next step (Review). 
  4. Review:
    1. Enter in the License Quantity.
    2. If applicable, you can apply a discount by clicking on Add. Note: Most discounts require pre-approval from ESET. 
    3. You can add more products to your order by clicking Add Another Product. 
    4. Choose a License Duration (1 Year, 2 Year, 3 Year). This will applied to all products in your order. You can select more than one License Duration if you'd like to create multiple quotes for your customer to consider. 
  5. If you would like to Create a Quote (for you customers consideration), click Create Quote. This will create a quote which can be processed into an order at a later time. 
  6. If you would like to skip quote creation and process the order immediately, click Place Order to process the order. 
    1. The Place Order button will only be available if you have one License Duration selected. If multiple license durations are selected, you will only be able to create quotes.
